It arrived quickly and looks great. So far so good as I’ve only had it a week. The advertisement suggests that you can connect your turntable to the aux inputs……not true, unless you have a phono impedance matching device. It does indeed have 2 aux inputs which are very handy, but they are line impedance, not phono! Not a big deal, just misrepresentation. I like the unit. Large, easy to read controls, LCD screens, and a professional looking unit. I do recommend this.

This is actually just as nice as the CD Mix 2 we have. We bought this as the backup to it and having it with us at gigs really gives us a lot of security knowing that if the main one goes down, this one is good to go. I would definitely suggest this as a backup or even as the primary mixer for a DJ just starting out and working.

For the price, the quality of this product is unbelievable. It’s portable, allowing for quick setup and take down. It’s reliable and works very well with my other equipment. Reliability and Quality, at a very low price… I payed $177.62 total which included free shipping. This was a ridiculously good deal…a great value. You’ll get years of use and it’ll hold up to continuous handling and transportation. Several of my friends have this unit and they all swear by it. Now I’ll swear by it. Plus it’s very easy to use. I highly recommend it.

I am a professional mobile DJ and I used the CD-Mix1 for about a year at least once a week on professional gigs (weddings, parties, etc.) and would definitely recommend it either for the beginning mobile DJ or as a reliable backup system. It does not have any of the features of most advanced CD players today, but it always got the job done and never faultered in operation. I would not recommend this to the club DJ who requires lots of effects and “toys”, but it is a solid cd player/mixer at a reasonable price.
